i noticed that my penis sometimes feels different and changes in size, even when i'm not really sexually excited. just from touching the penis, or going to the bathroom. i notice that my penis is increased in volume, because it feels hard. it feels like it filled with blood. when it's completely flaccid, it's very soft and squishy feeling. is it normal for it to get a little blood flow when you urinate or touch it?

And why it feels squishy... Well... The spongy material isnt full of blood. Thats why.
