public showers?

ok idk why, but when i see people naked, guys and girls, especially people my age, i get an erection, normal right, well, what do i do about public showers if i have to use them?

Wear swim trunks when you shower that way get as hard as you want it'll be somewhat concealed.

My coach in my old school told us to wear swim trunks when we shower. Then why don't you try and find one farthest away from people and keep your towel close by.

Shower's aren't mandatory their just suggested. If you feel as if you can't take a shower after gym then get a note from your mom. Schools don't pressure you to do something that you can't do.

Funny thing you should say that. One of the school I used to go to actually did have mandatory showers. I mean, I guess you could have gotten a note, but I think that would make you stand out.

First of all, try closing your eyes in the shower, or just pretend you're in the shower alone, or if the shower heads feel the same as they do at home, pretend you're in the shower at home as usual (if you masturbate in the shower at home, think of times that you don't of course). These seem to work for me.

If you can, try to get a shower head in the corner (depends on how the shower is arranged I guess). At my school all the shower heads are actually on a pole in the middle of the shower. At other schools I've taken showers in (I played football), they were on the wall of the shower. I know what you mean, but just try not to think about it or look at the other guys. If you do, it's not that big of a deal. It's embarrassing, but if you think about it, it shouldn't be. The other guys have probably got them at some point or another in a public shower too.

my school is in canada and gym is always the last block of the day so we just go home to shower but i like how it is all provate stalls (not like bathroom toilets which have the door cut off) but it is a solide mtal room with the door/fram going right to the floor and the ceiling for maximum privacy and we can lock the doors, apperently there is rules in canada about public showers and hygene/privacy
