Old feelings coming back

Ok so today i just ate a bacon cheesburger and I've regretted every since. I just want to go to the bathroom and throw it up but I'm trying my hardest to resist it. I really need some help cause I don't want to go back down that road.

I know only too well how hard it is to break old habits and changing my ways of thinking... If I'm honest, I'm nowhere near over it. I feel that the thoughts are getting worse, and possible actions harder to resist...

But hey, together we'll make it through somehow, huh?
