so i take it you are both uncut (uncircumsised)? and thats what the question is about? if thats the case, it appears that your friend has been able to pull his foreskinall the way back. you can do the same and you do that by gradually pulling the skin back each day to the point where it hurts. if you continue doing that, then eventually you'll be able to get it back the full way and expose the head of your penis completely.

that is perfectly normal, all guys have different foreskins therefore they cover more or less of the head so don't worry about it at all. If you cant pull yours back all the way with your hand then you should try stretching your foreskin back till the point just before it starts hurting and you eventually be able to retract it fully.

yes, you can pull the skin back as far as you can, then jack off. do this for a month. i saw improvement in 2 weeks

and yes its normal to be sensitive, its been covered by mostly skin since you were born so the nerves aren't used to being touched. you'll be able to touch that area without pain if you keep touching it and get it used to being touched.
