I am a fifteen year old boy who is about 5"2 and weighs 115. I was wondering if I will EVER go through puberty! I have some pubic hair at the base of my penis and I really want more. I don't really have any facial, chest, or armpit hair (which I too want a lot of all three) I was wondering these questions...

-my balls aren't that big and they don't really hang low either will they ever get big?!?

-my penis is about 3" soft and 4" erect I want a bigger penis but will it grow more?

-is there any way to make facial hair come in faster other than shaving it over and over because that doesn't seem to work

-is there something I can take to grow taller like a natural substance?

-is there any way to make my voice deeper because it is kind of high and has never cracked

Every single question can be answered simply.
You have to wait for puberty.
Unless you have a very very rare disease [that doctors would most likely have picked up before now] then you will go through puberty.
There is nothing that can safely speed up any part of your growing.
Anything you try will just hurt you, and most likely won't work.

-Well perhaps, you're just genetically smaller in height. How tall are your parents/grandparents.

These are ALL the same questions i had. You are obviously just starting puberty. So dont worry this will all change over the next 5-7 years.

Your just a little bit of a late bloomer, don't worry about it!

During Puberty your balls will get bigger. don't worry how low your balls hang.

Firstly that is an average size penis so don't worry about that, it will probably grow more doing puberty.

You just have to wait for it to come naturally.

Second of all, it looks like you're doing okay in puberty thus far. It's normal to develop faster in some places than others, and some people go through it faster than others. Puberty generally last until 21, so you still have 6 years.

Now, I'll answer your questions.

I am 15 as well, only 90 lbs. and 5'1", if that makes you feel any better. You are doing just fine, some people will grow taller than others. How tall are your parents? That can sometime affect your height.

Everybody's balls will be a different size, and as I said before, you still have 6 years to go. I'm sure they'll grow larger at some point.

It sounds like this is one of the areas you're just rowing more slowly in. Remember that penis size doesn't matter, and nobody cares how large your penis is. You will be what you will be.

There is really no way to induce facial hair growth that I know of. I have seen products, but more likely than not they are completely bogus. Patience.

No, there is nothing you can take that will do that. Once in a while an endocrinologist will give you some growth hormone, but that's only if your pituitary gland is suffering a defect. If you are growing steadily, you should continue growing for a good while yet. Just measure yourself every couple of months. You're taller than I am, and the doctor thinks I'm doing perfectly fine.

There is no way to start your voice cracking, but listen to this. My voice never actually cracked. It got deeper, but it did slowly, and all I ever did was squeek. It will get deeper soon, but you may not ever hear it crack.

At 15 it is definitely not unusual to have not started puberty, and there are definitely a signifigant minority of boys like you out there. Some guys do not start puberty as late as 16, and your situation is hardly unique. While it can certainly hurt your ego to be smaller than your mates you should not let factors beyond your control get you down. Acting big is the best way to get around any potential problems you may have as you will no doubt grow. The fact that you have pubic hair is a sign that you have started puberty, and my guess is that you will see some rapid growth depending on when your pubes first appeared. No worries as things will work out for you.

As for the whole body hair issue, I can promise you that body hair is a pain and be thankful that you don't have to deal with it for the time being. Body hair is just one more thing with which you have to deal on a daily basis, and don't feel that you are not masculine for your lack of body hair. The fact remains that some people either due to genetics or ethnicity don't get hairy at all.

My final word in this area is to talk with your father to see if he was a late bloomer. Many times late bloomers' children end up being late bloomers themselves.

Your testicles will get bigger than they are now as you progress through puberty. It seems like you are still at the beginning of puberty, and you will just need to give yourself more time for growth down there.

The average penis size for adult males is in the 5" range, and you are nearly on target for penis growth. In the end of the day the person who is concerned about penis size is its owner as opposed to anyone else. As long as your plumbing downstairs works, then your penis size does not matter. Penis size is not an indicator of masculinity.

It is a myth that shaving makes your hair thicker as it is hormones that cause thicker hair and not rasors. There is nothing you can do to create hair as androgen sensitive glands need to be present in order for hair to develop. You cannot create something that does not exist.

There is no natural substance out there that can increase your height, and for better or worse you will just have to wait for the hormones of puberty to take effect. I reckon you can definitely use your size as an advantage, and your height issue is only going to be temporary. About the only thing you can do to ensure that you develop normally is to keep active in moderation and to eat a well balanced diet with nutrients necessary for growth (www.mypyramid.gov).

There is nothing you can do to make your voice lower as it is a natural process that will take time. My guess is that in light of your starting puberty recently that your voice will deepen by the time you are 16. Puberty is a funny thing as there are guys out there who are built like tanks but still have the voices of little kids well until their senior years of high school. Just be patient as your voice will get deeper.


Basically have confidence in yourself and don't ever think that you are less of a person just because you have not hit puberty, yet. Puberty starts for different times for different guys, and being a late bloomer is not a bad thing. What matters most of all is your overall personality and how you interact with people. If you are a cool, good guy, then your physical state really does not matter.
