Thats quite Normal, I get that sometimes and it may feel abit swollen and be sore, but it does not happen oftenl. If it does and you are wprried then you can go and see a physician to double check.

Umm it ould be a few things. If it hurts all the time then I suggest you masturbate and orgasm. If it still bothers you see a doctor because it could be seomthing fatal like testicular cancer (although its unlikely at such a young age) it still could be anything. So masturbate and orgasm and if it still hurts go take a trip to the Doc.

Actually, "blue balls" is a reference to bringing yourself to the verge of orgasm but suddenly stopping and not ejaculating. The resulting discomfort from the semen that has made its way near to your urethra is the unpleasant feeling associated with "blue balls."
As for your testicle hurting, if your problem is very short-term and is getting better, then you are all right. However, if your testicular pain is constant and not going away, then it is beyond a reasonable doubt that you must see a doctor. In some rare cases the testicle can get contorted due to some trauma resulting in a thing called testicular torsion where the testicle essentially gets its blood supply cut off. While I don't believe that you have testicular torsion (as the pain would be super intense preventing you from sitting up) any long-term testicular pain should be evaluated.
