How wide/think does your penis get (after puberty)?

You mean girth.
After puberty it doesn't get any bigger becuase it stops.
YOur penis generally grows in length first then widens out during the later stages of puberty. I believe the average is 5 inches.

Just a note that the girth is the circumference of the penis at is largest point.
The average girth of a male adult penis is 5 inches.

Girth is the circumference of your penis and as i said, your penis grows in length first and then during the later stages of puberty, it gets thicker (wider). If you measure yours it's not actually that thick.
