dxm (full name is Dextromethorphan) is a drug thats similar to morphine, in the 70's they started putting it in cough suryup instead of codeine because its less addictive.
when taken at the right amount its a good cough suppressant, but if taken to get high, the high is similar to pcp and ketamine. it can last 6 hours. the street names for it are Dex, DXM, Robo, Skittles, Syrup, Triple-C, Vitamin D, Tussin.

risks are:
nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, headache, numbness of fingers and toes, loss of consciousness, seizures, and even death.

so basically its sniffing cough suryup or however you get high off that stuff, i would not suggest doing it.
