No, this isn't "bustin' my balls, man" its not about bugging someone to get them to do something (that's just a figure of speech).

The "real" ballbusting is much worse; evil girls came up with this "game" where they basically just try to find ways to kick guys in the balls. I have no idea why they'd be so cruel but I've seen it before; they set a guy up to make it look like he's doing something inappropriate (i.e. fondling) and use that as a "reason" to kick them in the balls, just because girls like to see guys squirm on the floor. Seriously. Evil.
