I just want to make sure I don't have anything wrong with me. My left testicle has been aching (kinda a dull pain if I sit wrong) since Friday. Tell me if I need to tell my parents or a doctor.:)

it sounds like blue balls ( uilt up sperm in your testes ) ive had it so i mastrubated and once i ejaculated the pain went away =D hope i helped ;)

what do you mean when you sit wrong maybe all it was was that u squished you're left testicle a bit much and it caused pain it happened to me once and i was in pain for a while it eventually went away(thank god)

Yeah, this is the closest to the right answer here.

Remember, pain is the body's way of telling you something is not quite right. The more pain, the more the injury. It's a signal. Extreme pain anywhere is usually an indication of something really wrong and is worth telling your folks.

Typically, testicles 'ache' b/c they've been sitting funny, you've pressed/squished/hit them, sometimes you're aware of that, sometimes not (like at night or when they're sitting in yor underwear in tight jeans, etc.).

There is no such thing as 'Blue balls'. If you are overstimulated and don't ejaculate all that stuff just stays where it was in the first place, so it doesn't cause any problems and it certainly doesn't cause your nuts to change color! Likewise, there's never 'excess' sperm, when it reaches maximium production, the body stops making it, it's like the gas nozzle for the car: When the tank is full, it automatically stops.
