Is there any FREE video editing software that will allow me to use reverse effects, speed up effects, and reverse effects??? Windows move maker only has speed up and speed down effects... I need these for a video I am making.

Actually Windows Movie Maker can be customized. You simplay add the new transitions and effects through .xml files. I'll get you a vid on how as soon as I find it. Youtube deleted those vids for some reason.

Not everything is for Macs. They make stuff for Windows to. I believe you can use Windows Movie Maker as Alex said, but it takes some good knowledge.
