So as you guys know the birth of Cheyenne is very important to me. So last I opted to quit tobbacco usage. I used up my last bit of dip and threw the can away. I just need some advice as to what to do when I get the "tobbacco" craving.

I was an occasional smoker before. But now I'm more like once a month smoker. But here's some things that worked for me

- Remind yourself that cravings will pass.
- As a substitute for smoking, try chewing on carrots, pickles, sunflower seeds, apples, celery, or sugarless gum or hard candy. Keeping your mouth busy may stop the psychological need to smoke.
- Try this exercise: Take a deep breath through your nose and blow out slowly through your mouth. Repeat 10 times.
- Avoid situations and activities (like drinking alcohol) that you normally associate with smoking.

Good job on trying to quit :)
Every time you think you need to chew, remind yourself of Cheyenne's face, and think about how you want your baby to grow up

Good for you, Greg. I was basically going to say what Alex said, chew gum or something to keep your mouth occupied.
