What is this?

Okay im not sure if this is some kind of disorder or what:
*Im afraid to be in public because i think people are looking at me
*If i see someone laughing i always think the are laughing at me
*Im afraid to post on internet forums(trust me those twenty something posts took alot of courage)because i think im gonna post something that is wrong and embarrass myself
*I cant speak in front of an audience its hard enough to talk to my parents
Is this anything to worry about?

I think its social anxiety at best. If you really think its something you shouuld worry about then thats your decision. Just try your best to beat it and if you cant consult your doctor.

^^ yes I think it is social anxeity disorder.
You have to work with yourself and keep telling your mind that in reality these people are probably not looking/talking about you, and if they are what is so bad about that?
if you really can't work through this talk to your doctor.

Yes that is most certainly social anxiety disorder

Find the courage within you to seek professional help. Because trust me you either get over it by yourself with a hellish amount of effort or it only gets worse

Either way its always best to atleast try something that might help.
