I like to do the same. That's why I am on this site. I wanted to try and get into the same job, but I heard a lot about how Psychology was considered amongst the easiest majors to get that everyone is going to pursue. Another thing I learned is that the average earnings isn't too high either. So I decided to go for my second passion. Great that you found your passion though!

I agree, used to be the editor in chief for my school newspaper, and it does help with interview skills, computer programs, editing, and communication, as well as responsibility.

This is my third time posting on this thread. and it has changed.

First time:

game developer/programmer, pro downhill biker, pro dirt jumper, pro wreslter(freestyle and greco-roman), pro gamer, rally driver, and musician

With this, now i see a lot of problems. I don't mountain bike enough, never done dirt jumping(bmx on mountain bikes), driven rally or play enough League. Also, you can't make a living as a freestyle/greco-roman wrestler. You can compete at the olympics, but not make a living.

As for Musician and Game dev/programmer. Musician wouldn't work, since i don't practice enough. oh well. And game dev/programmer, as much as i love programming, i would kinda hate doing it for a living.

I feel I would get satisfaction from a child gaining something from me standing like a gob shite at the top of the class trying to explain things! Plus - my auntie is a principal, and my nanny is a teacher too so, sorta a family thing! My unrealistic dream is to race motorcycles, like Moto3, Moto2 or MotoGP. But I'm not that good! However I do wanna race bikes anyway, in Ireland road racing is a big thing so I'll be doing that as a past time (Btw,road racing is insanity. Look up "lockk9" on youtube)

If I didn't have to worry about pay or other factors, I would want to be a mechanic (I know, doesn't sound all that great). Anyway, I just love to get my hands dirty under the hood of a car, or trying to restore an old beauty. The sense of satisfaction is great, getting to see things get fixed all because of you.
