ipod crisis

okay my ipod is like totally messed up. when ever i try to play a song it like skips ahead like 8 songs. anyone know how to fix this? by the way its a 2nd generation nano

First I'd try just plugging it in and letting it sit for a few hours. That helps me sometimes when something is wrong with my ipod.

hm, either you have it on scramble


or you need to reset it


to reset.
flick hold switch
press the center and the menue button for about six seconds
the apple logo should pop up

Yeah if restarting the iPod don't helped just Restore it
