Could you get HIV/AIDS if you're a guy completely healthy and often have sex without a condom with the same person who is also a completely healthy guy

Moved to VTGH
You can contract HIV/AIDS from someone else who's infected. It won't just spontaneously appear because you happen to have sex.

The only way to get HIV/AIDS, or any other STD for that matter, is to have sex with somebody who is infected. if that person is NOT infected, than you can not contract that virus/disease.

Wrong. There are numerous ways STDs can be contracted.

Val is correct. It can be exchanged through any HIV strand into your bodily liquid. For instance, saliva (less likely that way), needles, general blood exchanges, sex, etc.
It doesn't matter if you are the most fit person in the world. It doesn't matter if you take your Flinstones Vitamins every night, you can still contract this disease. There is no cure too...

HIV/AIDS can also be contracted by needle sharing, blood transfustions, kissing with an open sore in your mouth, and other ways.

Wrong on the saliva part. Only through open wounds, needles, blood transfusions (usually only in third-world countries) and sexual contact.

So - If we have a flawless and clean organism, no deseases, viruses, bacterias or fungi (and whatever else I didn't name), and we're both faithful, until then virgins, it's still quite possible of getting down with something?

You can't contract it from each other because neither of you are infected.

No, as long as you're sure that he is only having sex with you.
And make sure he isn't using any drugs through needles.
Just be sure, because that's how you could get infected.

You can only get HIV from someone who is infected. Transmission can be thru bodily fluids (semen, blood), during sex, transfusions, IV drug use.
If you are both virgins, and fit into 'none of the above', then you cannot contract HIV, it's not communicable thru the air.
However, if you have had unprotected sex at least sometimes, you are at risk for having contracted it, if your partner has done the same. The thing about HIV/AIDS, is that once you contract it, you have mild, flu like symptoms, which pass, and the virus remains in your body, without any symptoms. It is still contagious eventhough you (or your partner) appear 'healthy' (i.e. without symptoms). It can take up to 10 years before symptoms appear, but the virus can still be transmitted. This is what makes HIV so dangerous: Those infected don't know.
So, the short answer to your q is that yes, if you and/or your partner have occasionally had unprotected sex, there's a chance for HIV infection and transmission. The only way to confirm that your partner is uninfected (unless they fall into one of the aforementioned categories) is to wait six months after last unprotected sex (that's how long it can take for the body to develop the antibodies to HIV that determine infection) and have a blood test specifically to rule it out.
Until then, always use a condom, and remember to read the directions to maximize protection.

Unless I am very much mistaken, HIV can be passed on from mother to child even prior to birth.

But still in all these instances someone must first be infected in order for someone else to get the virus.

If you're both not seeing other guys or gals then it's very unlikely either of you will contract HIV, unless either of you are using unsterlised hypodermics for drugs. It's not unheard of to get HIV from blood transfusions, but it's very improbable in the West where lots of precautions are taken.
The thing is, you can't be sure your partner is being faithful. I would therefore recommend using a condom, if anything for the additional lubrication it offers!
