well my brother always picks at me because im a very cautious on dirtbikes. hes the reason i am. when i had my first dirtbike when i was 8 it was a blue yamaha 80 i believe. up to Battlefield (canadian version of the cat rental store) anyways, when i was riding he took a chain-link gate and swung it and it hit my hand, givin the throttle in gear 2, i just went for about 100 feet, I couldn't brake cause it would flip the bike, i couldn't grab the clutch cause i couldn't let go if i did id fly into a ditch filled with sulfer and oil and shit like that. So all i shouted was DAAAAAAAAAAAAD! (i was in superman postion, my stomach was on the seat and my legs flying behind me). SO I RAN THROUGH A GODDAM GARAGE USED FOR STORING BIG EXCAVATORS AND BACKHOES AND CRAP. NO WAIT, LET ME REPHRASE THAT: I stopped when i broke a metal bar with my face used as reinforcements for the door. (bent the cartilage in my eye so i have a permanent bump there now) then the damn bike fell on top of me, burning my foot. but i was lucky. because the bike nabbed a pile of pipes used for sewers and they started rolling but the bike kept me safe from injury because it slowed the roLLing enough so it didn't hit me. the only one that touched me was one that the tip on touched my skull. (the security camera showed that by the way they was rolling that the pipes would've crushed my skull, broke my ribs, broken arms, broken legs, broke me shoulder and broke my wrist (<-no, that didn't happen to me, thankfully) and the doctor later said that i actually got my spleen smacked real bad, could've kicked out me kidneys and almost crushed my testicles) anyways, i had a concussion, sprained my ankle and fractured my kneecap badly too (i have to have sergury every couple years to replace my new fake kneecaps). and no i didn't go to the hospital, i went home. not major injuries. and now that i've decided to take up dirtbiking once again, (5 years after the incident), my brothers picking at me again. and it just makes me mad. it was his fault that happened. no he never got in trouble. people thought i was imagining things when you get out of a crash because when your brain is trying to fill in the gaps of missing info.

sorry i just needed to vent.

oh and yes, i did have a helmet, but it flew off. *whoosh*..lol

is your brother older or younger than you? if he's older, he should definately know better, but if he's younger, just ignore him. you know you're older and wiser than him. you're brothers lucky he didn't get you killed.

I think you should be upfront with your brother tell him you don't like his behavior.
I don't think I would bring up the past because that would probably just cause an argument.
Just tell him what you are feeling.

Do your parents know he's doing this? I think you need to tell them and let them talk with him, and maybe the 2 of you, so he clearly knows that whatever he's doing now is really unacceptable and needs to stop.

A) Buy a freakin quad (I have a Honda Foreman 500 (07) I suggest that)
B) Kick the living shit out of your brother

The ultimate solution. Revenge.
Not in a violent way but more of the embarrasing or mentally damaging route. Granted this will cause more friction between you two but that is what brothers are for. However he should have been grounded for doing what he did.
