You need to keep in mind that you just might not be a naturally hairy guy. There are some ethnic groups that are not particularly hairy, and you cannot overcome genetics. Depending on when you had started puberty there is a chance that you can still develop more pubes. Basically, as long as the plumbing down there works fine, then I would not worry too much about having a lot of pubes.
