I think 3 should be the limit when it comes to teens, but preferably 2. Teenagers as they get older change and mature very quickly and a 17 and a 14 year old just aren't quite on the same level. But as you get older into adulthood you find things are more stable and differences in age can be bigger without much difference.
Also the danger with 4 or 5 age gaps in teens is that eventually the older person will graduate high school and go to college while you still have say 3 more years in high school and you'll be in two different worlds and stages of life.

I say two. It seems that with a younger guy, even 2 years of age difference is even pushing it.
It's different as you get older, as Maverick said. Two years seems like a lot at 13 and 15, and 14 and 16. As you get older, 17 and 19 doesn't seem as bad.

For teenagers, i think 2 years is the limit since maturity levels are more drastic between teenagers that have 3 or more years age difference.

I definatly say two, cause even then people could mistake things. Like lets say a girl is 15 and the guy is 17. The male could look like he is in his twenties. Well, that doesn't blow over well with most people.

Two years,
Otherwise it would just seem awkward.
As it is, I'd have trouble dating a younger guy at all.
Don't ask me why, I don't even know.

whilst i agree two years is the limit(it's too easy for it to become illegal. in some states 15+18 is consiterd illegal), i don't think there's an extreamly drastic difference in maturiety.
rule in my house, must be in your grade(and i think there's something about being me being 15, which is fine, i'm not too intersted). Honestly, that's pretty reasonable.
What i DON'T understand is why people wanna date someone so much older/younger than them?

You can't really decide who you love.

I think2 or 3 yrs. As long as you are mature about it 1 say 3 years ! Like me i went out with a boy who is 15 atm but goin to be 16 in oct && wants to go out with me again . We were mature about it .... Most of the time i go out with someone a yr or 2 older than me. How ever many years between teenagers they should be mature not be silly !!!
