Im just turned 14 and my penis still hasnt grown.
i havent had any wet dreams but i masterbate daily.
my voice isnt really changing much, but my adams apple is beginning to show.
i dont have any armpit hair.
i have some public hair,
and maybe like 3 pimples on my forhead.
am i growing normally?

Well, everyone starts to grow at different rates... I started at, like, eleven and i have a lot of pubic hair, acne, armpit hair, and a deep voice(or so im told). however, I have not gotten an adam's apple, and I haven't started getting the muscle mass on my arms/legs. You're penis isn't going to grow right when you hit puberty. The penis needs time to lengthen and expand. You have a few more years until you finish puberty. You just have to be patient.
