'Healthy' and 'normal' are relative terms, it's different for everyone. But, I'd bet there's not much support for this out there.

I think that 'feeballing; might be overstimulating you, maybe you should be wearing briefs and see if that doesn't control the urge.

Sounds more like fetishism than anything. Whilst indulging in fetishes can be psychologically benefiticial (more so than repression), this is frowned upon by society, so I'd say it's probably best to do that sort of thing alone, and make sure a proper clean-up follows.
