my toe is killing me, and the back of my knee hurts also, because i fell down a whole flight of stairs. when i sit, it doesn't hurt so bad, but i can feel the throbbing. when i walk, it hurts so bad. i took two tylenols, and it still hurts. i'm afraid to use the stairs again. this is the first time something like that has happened to me in a long time.

all the way down? are you sure you haven't broken your leg(not trying to be paranoid, i bet you're probably fine)? You must've slammed your leg hard into something there.
about the pain, keep taking the tynol, but also take advil. they do not interfear with eachother. it helps when things are that bad
last month i fell down 1/2 a flight.. i'm fine though. it sucks for about a week though.

If you can move them and not feel extreme pain then their probably not broken. Put ice on it for a day or 2 then apply heat :) hope it helps

if the steps were solid, i probably would've broken something, but they are carpeted. i have a bruise on my butt, and a purple one at the bottom of my toe. it doesn't hurt as bad as yesterday, but i feel it when i get up to walk.

Owww!
I did that all the time when I was little.
Just take is easy and tell your parents if anything seems very wrong.

Poor Yasmine, it's just one thing after another, huh?
Well, here's a big 'Ouch!' for you, and a chocolate chip cookie, which I baked myself. I have 2 kinds today, chocolate chocolate chip, with hazelnuts, rolled in chopped hazelnuts (these are my fave) and the 'regular' choco chip. Take one of each, it sounds like you need them!
Ice the knee and toe, take an antiflammatory (advil, tylenol, aleve), and the cookie.
If the knee doesn't feel better in a few days, see the doc. The toe isn't an issue as long as it's still attached, broken toes are common and there's no treatment (other than Tylenol), and sometimes taping it to the toe next to it, but they heal OK on their own.

dammn... that sucks. i think you'll be okay though just take it easy for a few days (meaning, no running around missy)

my moms a nurse, and she doesn't seem to think anythings wrong with it. i guess it just has to heal.

Most likely a strained muscle or ligament. Anti-imflammatory creme, ice, and take it easy for the next few days, you'll be right.

Well, I am clumsy(I fall down the stairs, off the stairs... umm... I fell UP the stairs once), and I survived all of them. The longest amount of time that I had pain was, like, one week. And it was in my lower leg. But i am completly fine now!
