Washing your face often is always a plus

I have sort of dry skin, so I have to be sure to moisturize.

I use AcneFree brand, foaming face wash for severe acne. I don't have severe acne, but it works for me. It comes in an orange bottle.

Then I use Clean and Clear moisturizer, or Aveeno. They both have the same ingredients, so it doesn't irritate my skin to switch between the two.

If you want to get rid of acne, it's not so much what you use, but how you use it. You need to do it twice a day, everyday.

When you wash your face, wet it with warm, not too hot, water. Add the face wash and make small circles around your whole face. Make sure to spend some extra time where you have worse acne.

After you have washed for around 30-45 seconds or so, rinse off your face. Make sure you get all the wash off. Pat dry with a clean towel. If you rub dry it puts bacteria into your skin and defeats the washing. Plus the towel will irritate your skin.

Now that you have a clean face, now it is time to moisturize. I use it all over my face, because of my dry skin. I would suggest a moisturizer with added SPF. And if you are using sunblock on your face, it might be a good idea to use the ones designed specifically for faces. It won't make your skin oily, or clog your pores.

Refrain from touching your face too much. Change your pillowcases once a week to avoid getting bacteria in your pores while you sleep also.

Well it all depends on how bad it is.

I'm currently on a dose of 250 mg Oxytetracycline.

4 tablets a day and it really works.

You have to go to your GP or doctor to get it since it can cause some bad side effects if your allergic to certain substances such as in the instructions it says dangerous for people who are allergic to nuts.
