I do but I've come to ignore them really. I feel as though if I walked around all macho and what not; people would say "Oh, there's one of those teams who thinks he is sp tough."

No, Brad, I'd say these urges aren't typical. Nor do I think they're necessarily caused by testosterone, although that might exacerbate them.
As we've discovered on a previous episode, you're a high energy, action oriented guy, if you were an amusement park ride, you'd be the roller coaster, and probably the biggest one at that. So, for whatever reason, you're just wired that way, it's a biological thing, you're action oriented, energetic, impulse driven. You're very immediate. Right?
So, it's good that you recognize that you're filled with energy and want to release it. The task is for you to find proper ways of doing that, so you can feel better, AND not get into trouble at the same time.
Sports are a great release, any type of consistent physical activity. Things that invilve some focus but a lot of physical exertion. Find them, and when you're feeling 'those' urges, recognize that you're having a 'moment', and use it as a cue to restarin yourself, and find something else to do.

I do. But i usualy ignore until i get home and hit a boxing bag(the pro ones) like 20 x's a sec.
I dont think its good idea to fight against someone unless you know how to defend yourself. And I dont mean like knowing how to do a headlock... I mean like dangerous chokes, really powerful kicks, and knowing how to use the back of your fist.

Glad I got it right, Brad, I've been paying attention.
Part one is being aware of what you're feeling.
Part two is doing something constructive with those feelings or urges. So eventhough there are days when you want to 'mess someone up, you should use that awareness to play football or run around the block, ride a bike, listen to music.

I DO want to get in a fight so badly, but I've never done it and don't think I will. Not going to lie, I just want to beat the shit out of someone...I don't even care who, if they provoke a fight, I will not back down. I don't think I would ever provoke a fight though.

Yeah, ive been in a few fights:whoops:, and some i caught in trouble, some i didnt get caught:lol:. Usually for something stupid, but these urges never get out of control though, so thats good, it also depends on what mood im in and what im doing, like seriously sometimes ill just get lost in though and somehow getting to wanting to fight....wierd.

The sooner you learn that hitting someone just because you felt like doing it is a bad way of controlling yourself, the better. You have to learn to get rid of all that tension by doing something else. Get a pillow or a punching bag or something. Lift weights. I mean, do you really have to?
