I just find it really uncomfortable getting to sleep now that i'm in puberty, is there some sweet spot postition that makes you fall asleep easier, I always find myself falling asleep from exhaustion after rolling around and trying to find a position.

last time i checked, puberty haD nothing to do with how you sleep. just do what you find comforterble. is it because its summer and its hot out and to warm to sleep just as you notice puberty is kicking in?

You might want to take a look at the mattress that you are using as that might be a cause for your troubles. Sometimes little things like indentations or depressions in the mattress can prevent a good sleep

When you go to sleep at night make sure that it is at a consistent time and that you don't do anything but actually sleep in your bed. What I mean is that one of the worst mistakes folks make is by watching television from their beds if they have a T.V. in their room.

Sometimes doing a labour intensive activity before bed like going for a run or jog to make yourself tired can be a good way to help your situation. Also, by associating in your mind a particular time of day with sleep can be helpful. Sometimes emotional issues can prevent a person from going to sleep, and if you have anything bothering you it is important that you get them out and not keep them inside as that will badly affect your sleep patterns. Finally, good old fashioned remedies like a warm cup of milk might enable you to fall asleep.

I think that is more of a personal problem. I have never had any trouble sleeping. Try fetal...
