Yes there is, in most states it is 16 or 18 years old
If you get caught under age, its not so bad if your both underage, but your parents may take legal action.
If one is over and one is under age, then that causes serious problems, because i believe it is technically rape.

they don't advise sex under 18 here in the u.s. but i don't think they'd hunt you down. although, legally it's considered rape if someone under 18 has sex with someone over 18. whether it's consenting or not.

Well In The United States as far as I'm concerned there really isn't an age.

But if you want to go by laws its usually 16 or 18 depending on what state you live in.
