poor kid. he's scared to crap that i'm gonna hit him... i'm not! i nver have!! both of my parents do sometimes.

i wanna help him. when i tell him that he's not suposed to be doing something i get in trouble because he'll start shriking an covering his head

Try being friendly, and when hes around try being extra nice.
Try telling him your not like your parents, and you wont hit him.

Stay low, dont tower over him, that will scare him, alot. Also, be sure not to loose your temper, or there it goes. If you are willing to, protect him from tour parents. If he sees you protecting you, he may start to trust you. But never loose your temper or yell, talk in a soothing voice. Just be sure to leave him alone if he needs it.
