I just turned 18 about a mounth ago and i still havent fully hit puberty yet. Im about 5"5 I have alot of pubic hair and hair under neath my arm pit. Im starting to get a little facial hair.

Is there something wrong with me or should i go and see a doctor?

With your being 18 and only being 5'5 I would be concerned about your situation especially if every other male in your family is tall and you are shorter than everyone in your family. The whole facial hair/body hair thing are items that sometimes do not happen for guys until their 20s, and I would not be too concerned about those things right now. However, if you are indeed 18 and cannot ejaculate much, if any semen, have a really small penis size, and have started puberty really late, then I would strongly suggest you visit your doctor to make sure that your testosterone levels are all right. There is absolutely no harm in asking your doctor about your situation as he/she can order some simple blood tests to ascertain your situation.

Puberty last on in your early twenties. So I wouldn't worry about nothing.
