Tribute to Former Members Day

Alex's retiring got me thinking. I thought we should have an annual event that former members could visit for a day and talk together in the VT chat, this way we get all the former mods/admins together at one time to discuss any important events that occurred during the year. I would just like to hear some peoples' opinions.

i guess the idea would have merit. the only thing is that when people leave, they tend to drift away and may forget or choose not to be involved. but otherwise, sounds good.

ya people drift and forget so getting everyone to remember a day is hard then ontop of that they have responsibility's in the real world and the time change

We could have a day when all current members drop by a thread, or chat, and talk about former legacies.
That would be pretty cool :)

Something might happen in the future. Who knows? Maybe we could have a VirtualTeen Day or something. It would be cool to have it on a specific day of the year, like a holiday.

I do like this idea, even though not everyone will be able to remember/participate. However, thinking about this is at a low priority. As things settle down, this may be discussed more. Until then, I'm afraid it will remain a suggestion - a cool one, though. :)

Members will come back when they want. We can't reunite them with the site. They should do it when they want to.
