does anyone know what kind of hospital could remove my balls?

Cosmetic surgeons sometimes do sex changes. And part of a sex change is the removing of the "balls". Enquire at your local hospital.

If you are asking about gender reassignment surgery, then the type of hospital that offers that service entirely depends upon it having a surgeon that specializes in that type of procedure. There are only a handful of doctors throughout the United States that specialize in gender reassignment surgery, and going through the transition from one sex to another is a long process as you do need to be first screened by a psychiatrist before a doctor is even going to entertain the thought of performing such a procedure on you. Basically, you can find a doctor that handles gender reassignment through a psychiatrist (as the psychiatrist and doctor do work together for the person changing genders) or through a plastic surgeon.

i can't get sex reassingment yet. you have to be 18. i need to get the balls removed, so i don't produce androgens.

Unfortunately, an orchiectomy is a package deal with gender reassignment, and I really doubt that there is going to be any doctor out there who is going to perform this procedure. For better or for worse, you will have to deal with androgens until you are old enough to be evaluated to see if you qualify for gender reassignment.

I am sorry to hear about your frustrations, and I hope that things work out for you.

I think you will need a specialized surgeon for this.
Ask your doctor, or parents if they know of one.

either that, or i'll see if i can get on anti androgens

you need to make sure that you do this the right way, not just buying the hormones from unspecialized places. You need to consult a doctor for such a major transition...

I agree with Zach
Dont just dive into and buy something that you dont know will work.
Talk to your doctor about it, and ask them what is best for you.

I think the best thing for you to do is wait till your done with this entire puberty thing before you have any kind of surgery.

^that is also true. you can seriously plan for it and consider that you are making the right decision in your life, but don't start anything until puberty is over. Reasons? Umm why take hormones when your body is going crazy trying to produce its own?? That will cause problems. Also, after puberty, it will be more likely that you can be sure this is the right decision for you.

*Always looking at it psychologically, Sam offers his own brand of advice*

Yasmine, you'll need to wait until you're 18 to find that specialist for that surgery, as you know.

The wait might seem easier for you, if you try to remember that what makes you who you are isn;t found bewteen your legs, it's found in your heart. Your identity as a person isn't determined by genitalia.
