The feeling you are getting is totally normal because your head is one of the most sensitive parts of your penis and because boxers enables your penis to move around freely it is natural that any stimulation to the head causes intense feelings.

My suggestion is that if the feelings you are getting are so intense that you feel like ejaculating, then you might want to switch to briefs that can restrict your penis' movements. The last thing you need to happen while walking around is to have an ejaculation because you were stimulated in the right way.
