My back is killing me it is like throbbing and that's not the worse thing. My voice is beginning to leave me and I hate not being able to sing how I want to anymore. In a few more weeks my voice should be completely gone and I don't want that to happen. About a year ago I pulled a muscle in my back and it acts up every now and then but lately it's been hurting like very badly. I can barely sit here and type this right now cause it's like throbbing.

Regarding your back problem, you should take some over-the-counter pain relievers like tylenol, bayer, motrin, advil, or their generic equivalents to provide short term relief. Also, some products like Ben Gay or pain relief patches might be good for you. Also, some folks get better by laying in a tub of hot water mixed with Epsom salt to relax their back. You definitely should talk to your doctor about your back pain so that he/she can ascertain whether you have something serious going on.
As for your throat, again, go with over-the-counter medication like DayQuil, NyQuil, Triaminic, or tylenol cold pills which you can find at any drugstore or discount retailer. The most important thing is that you get adequete rest and push a lot of fluids so that you will not get dehydrated.

You might just have allergies and if you don't then a simple throat problem. Yes, consult a physician.

Tixylix! I'm sorry but it's the awesomeest cough medicine ever.. Right...
Uhm.. Try 3000mg of paracetamol. I might just be weird but 8000mg has never made me ill so I doubt 3000mg will hurt you. As for the throat, boil some sage leaves in water with sugar and drink it. It should help (Sticky post ftw). But consult a physician about your back and buy a hot pack, they work wonders.

I really can't afford a doctor right now. I'll wait for my paycheck and go get a check up

If you don't have insurance or if seeing a doctor is too expensive, then a lot of cities, townships, counties, and states do have health departments that offer reduced priced healthcare. You should look up your local health department to see if it has services that might be of assistance to you.
