The fact that you can ejaculate and are developing body hair are all good signs that you are in puberty. As someone else had mentioned, at 13 you are just starting out in pubety and no 13 year old is going to be fully developed even though it may look like other kids are huge in relation to you. There is no magic bullet to increasing your penis size; only time and natural growth associated with puberty will make things grow bigger down there. Penis size is not an indicator of manhood, and at 13, there is no doubt that your penis is going to grow bigger. Your small penis size is only going to be around temporarily as you will grow, and you should not get fixated on this issue as you will change.

Based upon your description above you are definitely on the right track when it comes to puberty, and you are just like most other 13 year olds. Don't get stressed out about your body, and stay tight with your family, especially your father and/or older brother, as you will need their encouragement to make it through your changes.

Nothing to fret about. Since you have hair and can ejaculate, it'll only be a matter of time before your penis enlarges. I had a similar issue when i was your age, but Im 16 now and 6.5 inches. Just be patient.

Your thirten and youve probaly grown in hiar first sorta like me lol. Eiter way you still have alot of years ahead itll grow besides puberty isnt over yet.

Theres a disease(or syndrome, I guess) thats called micropenis. Adults who suffer from micropenis usually have a 2 in erect penis.
