Best Friend?

Starting a couple of weeks ago I began to like my best friend(again) more than a best friend, i can't get her out of my mind; she confessed to me, at the end of the school (she was drunk back then, she tells everything when she's like that), that she liked me, but she cared more about our friendship, I think she still likes me in that way... and I like her too now, but if I'll tell her this and we get togheter, what if we'll break up eventually, I really don't whant to lose this friendship, how can I tell her that I want her to remain my friend even after we break up(if that's ever possible to happen), how can I propose this "deal"? Did anyone got togheter with thier best friends and broke up and remain friends? Is that possible or is just a nice fantasy?

Well first if you do love her than ask her, but friends last forever loves, well they do not. Just think about what you value more, being a friend or being in a relationship. Yes it is possible to remain friends though, all you have to say is I don't think this is working out can we remain friends?

well the thing is if you start dating your best friend and you break up, its very hard to keep things how they used to be. thats because since you were like that before, you have both experienced new feelings and been much more intimate, then there is ususally emotional pain with a break up too, which is the one big killer of a friendship. now i'm not telling you not to go for it, i'm currently dating my best friend and we are very happy together, but its important to know the risks. good luck making the right decision for you.
