im 16 and wen i masterbate my ejaculation just dribbles out but im not quiet sure if my penis is fully developed also i have small dots on my penis will thet ever go away? are thes things normal..im worried!

the dribble you talk about is most likely precum, which is a lubricant the body produces to prepare itself for sex. this is usually a good indication that you will be able to fully ejaculate sometime soon. the kind of dots you are talking about are likely to be small spots where hair is growing. if these are the type of dots you have, then you have nothing to worry about.

The fluid is definately precum. The dots could be freckles (I have one right on my head) or they could be acne, which is just temporary and will go away if you wash them. Just don't get soap on your head...damn that hurts
