the "sweet" spot in side the vagina is the g-spot and is usually for most girls hard to find (unless you are a contortionist). so you can get some toys or rub your clitororis. for teqniques you can just search google. just make sure that everything is sanitary and that your nails arent too sharp if you are going to use your fingers.
