Empowerment

I was feeling a little down and out today, so I just opened started typing
down stuff. It's not really a poem or anything else. Just random writing.

I am a daughter.
I am a sister.
I am an acquaintance.
I am a best friend.
I am a co-worker.
I am a step-daughter
I am a student.
I am a friend.
I am a step-sister.
I am a class mate.
I am smart.
I am curious.
I am sweet.
I am adventurous.
I am tough.
I am funny.
I am laidback.
I am thoughtful.
I am realist.
I am beautiful.
I am an Atheist.
I am a concrete random.
I am bipolar.
I am clumsy.
I am a daydreamer.
I am a closet nerd.
I am a partier.
I am experimental.
I am insecure at times.
I am half impulsive, half cautious.

I am human.

I am somebody.

I am a positive part of a lot of people's lives because I am who I am and because of the things that I do. I am no less then that. I control my destiny and determine my own future. I have hopes, dreams and fears. I am like everybody else, yet unique at the same time.

Awesome, i really like it; the last sentence is pure philosophy.
