well I'm not finished with puberty but the answer to your question is that it stops after a certain length. But when you shave it, it does grow back, but only to a certain length. it doesn't continue to grow like crazy.

OMG, 'Old guy here', at 18, i guess i qualify. I'm not insulted b/c this is a good q.
Pubic hair actually has a set length, so when you're done with puberty and have your adult hair development, it stays that way, the length is whatever it is, some have short curly ones, others, longer straight ones, maybe long, curly ones, and short straight ones? But they stop growing at whatever length they are suppsoed to be.

I have my license so I guess I'm qualified as old. Pubuic hair does reach a certain length thats different for everyone. The longest hairs tend to be the ones right above your penis, and the shorter ones run along the side, at the very top, along your thighs, and up your stomach.
Armpit hair is the same, with the longer hairs at the shoulder joint and shorter ones above and below.
I'm more or less done puberty, so my hair has been about the same length for a year now.

Even though I'm not old(but I'm a really early bloomer), pubes stop growing at a certain length.
