Hey guys. iv been j/o for quite a while now and whenever i do, i always get a feeling of tension on the head of my penis. it sorta feels like blood is rushing to the head and it feels SOOOOO GOOD!!! so is this "tension" normall, and if it is whats it called?

Exactly what you said. The penis get's erect by blood rushing to your penis. It's perfectly normal. I'm not sure of the name. I'll check my notes for ou though.

The feeling of "tension" is normal, and my guess is what you are getting is pre-cum rushing up to your head lubricating your urethra for your ejaculation. I am sure that there is a medical term for what you are experiencing though I am not familiar with such a term. What you are feeling is normal, and I would enjoy your feeling since it gives you pleasure.

Well umm I am not sure where this "tension" comes in however it is normal. If it is during orgasm then its called an orgasm or it can be a the Plateau Phase or just excitement. Anyways, it's normal.

it sounds like an orgasm but it could just be blood rushing to your penis making it erect

ya but i get the feeling when its allready erect and iv been looking around and it says that an orgasm is the quote"wonderful feeling" that you get when the muscles around the crotch area and the back lower exit contract. so im pretty sure it not an orgasm.:(
