More than likely yes, it all depends on how your body reacts. In my opinion, you shouldn't mix alcohol with narcotics, or even use them at all.

everyones different. but i do it literally all the time and i've never puked,
but if your not a big drinker or smoker, then you probably will get really dizzy and not feel good and maybe puke.

As XGeekxInxDisguiseX said everyone's different. Personally I'm a semi-heavy marijuana user and I've never thrown up from marijuana and I've been smoking heavily for the past 2 years. Drinking indeed does make me puke a lot.. I guess it's just me but whenever I get drunk I usually puke all over the place. You puke because there's to much alcohol in your system and your body wants it out.

Some people are just different, some people can take it others can't.

I've smoked marijuana about 3 times before and it has never made me sick, but that's just me.

I don't think mixing drugs (alcohol and marijuana) is a good idea myself.

Some marijuana users will throw up after big smoke. This is caused by several reasons. Often the most common reason is because they accidentally swallow a lot of smoke instead of inhaling, which is very common, and usually doesn't lead to vomiting, but it does happen. Also, one can have a really really bad high, with lots of anxiety and stuff, and throw up a little. getting drunk doesnt help either of these things.
