Im 5'7 and im skinny, i weigh 116 pounds. My dad says i need to get better eating habits and eat more and healthier, but i DO! I have a fast metabolism, i mean of course i dont always eat healthy but i dont constantly eat junk, i would have to eat a LOT to gain weight, but one thing thats important to know is i might stay skinny because i have a long way to go. im 5'7 and i supposed to be 6'2-6'4, so anyways what should do, stay with what i do or listen to my dad, he wants me to gain weight for football, but trust me, i wont gain weight, i cant, its just the way im built, tall and skinny.

Brad, I think you might want to ask him more specifically what he's seeing you eat that's concerning him. I think you might be feeling attacked, that he's really criticising you rather than offering constructive observations. Sometimes, parents see things differently, and sometimes they're accurate, sometimes not. Before you decide what to do it might be best to ask him to be more specific in what he's seeing, why he thinks your eating habits aren't good. Then you can decide if any adjustments are required.
Find out why he said this, though. And listen to his response.

He wasnt exactly in his best mood when he was getting mad at me about this, he says that i dont eat and then when i do its junk, which isnt true, im just skinny, just a natural build, hes gotts remember than he was the EXACT same way as me, skinny, but hes only 5'9-5'10, ill be 6'2-6'4. Anyways, another thing he said was that i dont eat during the day because i stay up all night then eat junk at night, which is sorta true but not really, i really think i dont have a problem, im just naturally skinny, but even my stepmom, who wasnt in a bad mood at the time, said i need to eat, but i eat perfectly fine, i eat when im hungry and stop when im not

Firstly, you are definitely doing the right thing by not eating when you are not hungry. It is the worst thing for your overall health to eat for the sake of eating because you don't want all of that weight suddenly catching up with you.
You just may have naturally fast metabolism, and you just may not ever become really big. I don't necessarily view it as productive for your father to holler at you for things that are beyond your control, but I do see his point about your need to eat healthful foods in light of your being involved in sports. In light of your being in football don't fall into the trap of thinking that the only way you can succeed in football is being as big as a refrigerator. It is scary how a lot of athletes as young as high school get involved with supplements in order to keep up with the unrealistic demands of peer pressure and, to a lessor extent, the irresponsible expectations of some coaches. Don't ever take unnatural substances to build up your body.
Your size is excellent for someone who is 13, and if anything, you are actually pretty big for you age. I would visit www.mypyramid.gov which is a link from the Department of Agriculture which has tips and links towards healthy eating. While it is unrealistic for you to stay away from junk food (even Olympic athletes eat junk food), the trick is to eat such foods in moderation. It is critical that you have a well balanced diet as shown in the Mypyramid link so that you can develop normally. At 13, it is way to early to worry about achieving your full size. You will be growing throughout your teenage years and probably will not finish out puberty until you are almost done with high school. Basically, while your father's words do hurt put them in perspective and don't think that you are somehow behind. When your father is in a good mood, then tell him that while you agree with the need to eat right that you felt hurt by his yelling at you about your body. Body image is really a sensitive topic for teens which is why parents should be supportive.
Basically, you are fine, and just eat only when you are hungry, eat things that are good for you while limiting portions of junk food.
