Well first of all, since shes with your dad, she is probably over 18, and you are probably under 18. It would be illegal to do anything, and she could get sued for rape.

Assuming that this is some sort of supplement to enlarge your penis, then I would say a big no to taking it. At your age you are still growing, and there is no magic bullet that is going to suddenly make your penis as big as a Buick. Penis size is hardly an indicator of masculinity, and the only person that honestly cares about penis size is its owner. You need to be confident in your body, and don't turn to artificial means to somehow overcome the laws of nature. You are who you are, and you need to accept your genes and work with the cards you are dealt.
