Just wondering if there are any track and field throwers out there? and how your season is going?
I started off throwing javelin but recently changed to throwing discus. I love it so much more! I have caught onto the technique pretty quickly and I've had 5-6 personal bests this season so far. Only have a few more competitions left but am aiming to improve by at least 1-2 more metres!
