Curing Gynecomastia

Does anybody have any tips to cure Gynecomastia?
I have heard that if you rub preparation H on your nipple once every hour that it would shrink the breast tissue.
Does it really work?

The only information I could find was surgery.

In case you guys don't know Gynecomastia is pretty much man boobs. Also you could try a healthy diet and exercise.

I agree. There is no medication that would be nearly as good as a healthy diet and excerise. If you can straighten up your figure (by working out and dieting) I am sure that breasts may shrink. However, possibly if they remain and they are really bothersome surgery could help such as liposuction.

Eat healthily and exercise regularly. Of course the results won't be immediately visible.

If your under 21, the cure for gynecomastia is time.

Guys breast tissue sometimes reacts to those hormones by becoming tender and swelling, and all of that can actually be rather pronounced.

But since we're guys, and guys don't have large, well developed breasts b/c our male hormones prevent that, what you;re likely experiencing is (mercifully!) temporary, so hang in there, they'll go away.

The best thing you can do to minimize them is to make ure you are not overweight, as the fat your body deposits behind them can push them out, exaggerating their fulsomeness! That, an maybe some exercises to increase your pec's.
