Yeah.. I normally get it when I don't eat properly or I'm due on. (Basically, all the time)

I'm ok at home, 'cause I'll just let it out, but if I'm out in public I get pains. [which my friends will 'identify' as hunger pains, I'll aagree because I'm too embarrassed about admitting that it's just wind]

Do you guys recommend anything (that's available in the UK)? I getting a bit desperate - due to parties every week!

There was this study done a while ago, that asked Internists (MD's for adults)what the most frequently asked question was, and it was about intestinal gas! So, what you've got is pretty common.

Intestinal gas is the normal by product of digestion.

The best things you can do for gas is be mindful of what you eat, there are certain foods that are gassier than others (look 'em up online), and there's also a couple of OTC things available, like 'Gas-x' and 'Beeno' (or
'Beano').

I think most guys accept that girls 'excrete', although there's some amazement at the 3 orifice thing you all got going there! The wind, though, it's like 'sweating', chicas don't really do THAT stuff, eh?
