Why is it that boys usually have raging hormones, but girls are usually more nonchalant while going through puberty?

girls aren't really nonchalant about it. puberty for girls has alot of crying, and such. not so much anger.

Some girls I know I would say have raging hormones because they are already having sex and all that. So I think it is probably the same.

You're noticing something very real, guys DO experience hormones differently than girls do! That's b/c guys have different hormones than girls.

Testosterone (the guy hormone) makes us feel much more immediate and urgent about sexual things, it adds to the level of impulsiveness and aggression we can feel, and it affects not only the penis, but, more importantly, the brain (that's what causes the reaction you're talking about, and experiencing). It's the chemical make up of the testosterone, and the effects it has on the brain that causes the diff.

Yeah, girls grow up faster and guys are usually quite immature for a while (no im serious its proven) but girls...they are a spectacle to marvel. There are a lot of things going on behind the seens. Some are always self-conscience about their body and their friends and all that great stuff however guys are just more...outward with their issues...(or inward because they are on this site). Whatever, in conclusion girls are hormonal they are just better at it and have to deal with it kinda longer :P
