Actually, that's incorrect. All the skin on the penis is foreskin. There are two types; the inner and the outer, which are essentially folded in on each other on the penis. Normally, in most circumcisions, the outer is almost entirely removed. Removing all of the foreskin on your penis would leave your penis with no skin at all, which obviously would be bad. Circumcision is just removal of foreskin, to an unspecified degree.

It's not inherently. That's like saying having no fingernails is cleaner (bad analogy, but the best I can come up with). Basic hygiene (daily rinsing in the shower) is pretty identical, circumcised or uncircumcised. Since there's more skin on an uncircumcised penis, it might show poor hygiene more. But an uncircumcised male with good hygiene is no less clean than a circumcised male with the same.

i'm circumcised and i have foreskin.
even when i get a boner i can cover my head with the skin, and it covers the bottom of the head when flaccid. it all depends on the severity of the circumcision. it can be quite loose, leaving quite a lot left, or can be very tight, leaving nothing, like the drawing.

Yes it's possible to have a partial circumcision where the glans is not completely uncovered so I suppose the question is to ask demon7 if his head is always completely uncovered.
