Umm...you have to be REALLY careful when and if you shave there because that is not a very good place to cut. It would be REALLY SUPER DUPER embarrasing if you had to go to the doctor and you got an infection or some junks in that area. So be careful. Umm to answer the question yes it happens to most all guys.
