Ok, so, i finally save enough money in my paypal account (through donations) to buy what i need, but, it says my spending limit is $0.
The only way i can lift it is by adding a valid bank account/credit card.
What the heck?
I got a paypal account because i have neither of those.
Is the money a waste now?
I can't even send it back to the donator.

Paypal uses credit/debit cards and bank accounts so that they know this is as valid user. Just go and buy a cheap debit card and add it to the account.

You can't buy debit cards, you need to actually sign up to a bank and go through all the process stuff there . ^^

You can buy preloaded debit cards I bought a $50 one a couple months ago. It's just like buying minutes for your phone, or gift cards.

Yeah, just go to like a Wal-Mart or HEB or anyone of those big stores and they usually have alittle like tower of pre-paid debit cards.

Don't confuse them with refill cards though cause I almost made that mistake.

Those pre-paid cards are a rip-off.
They charge you to put money on it, and I think they charge you each time you want to use it. On my paypal I just use my dads credit card account, and give him money when I spend something.
You have to have a bank account to get verified I think, they put like 30 cents in it and you tell them how much they deposited and then your verified.
I think you might have the option of just using the credit card though one of my friends bought a t-shirt like this.

It depends what type of pre-paid card you get the one I had only charged you for buying it then you spent whatever money you had on it with no kind of charges.

It sucked not having a bank account. Now that I have one, I use paypal every month. Just bought some clothes for my dog 2 weeks ago.
