i haven't had a physical check in idk how long but my question is, do doctors ask if you masturbate or not??

And they can assume you do, since most guys do.

Here's a typical physical:

When you go in you will first be asked to remove your shoes. The nurse will then weigh you. The nurse may ask about how you've been feeling, medications you take, etc. When the nurse leaves he or she will instruct you to undress down to your boxers; a paper covering may be provided if you want it. The doctor will then come in and check your blood pressure, heart rate, listen to your heart and lungs, check your eyes, throat, ears, etc. You will then be instructed to lie on your back and he or she will feel around your pubic region for hernias. Your doctor will roll your testicles between his or her fingers to check for any unusual lumps, as they may be a sign of testicular cancer. You then will stand and walk on your heels, then your toes, possibly balance on one foot, etc. You will have to lean far forward so your doctor can check to see if your back is straight. After everything your doctor will tell you you may get dressed and you're done.

Correct but each clinic differs. We never did spinal posture. But very correct.

You're not going to need ANY treatment unless your doc finds something wrong with you. Nothing wrong = no treatment.
